A graduate of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Sylvester Everhart is a second-generation hotelier with more than a decade of experience in revenue management. He has built his career leading revenue strategy for some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHG, and Marriott International, supporting properties across the U.S. and Canada.

Sylvester’s expertise spans market trend analysis, group and transient strategy, and navigating hotels through complex economic cycles. He has successfully guided properties through periods of volatility, consistently delivering market share gains and topline growth. His achievements include spearheading revenue efforts for Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand at its launch, serving on Marriott's Internal Alpha AI Team, and piloting centralized revenue support for the W and St. Regis brands in North America.

Andrea Everhart launched her career in revenue management with Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Centralized Revenue Management Team, where she quickly distinguished herself by leading the top-performing Aloft and Four Points by Sheraton hotels in North America. Over the past decade, Andrea has built a dynamic career that spans hospitality and aviation, holding key revenue management roles with Starwood, IHG, Marriott International, and Delta Air Lines.

Known for her talent development, forecast accuracy, and proven ability to drive market share growth in both full-service and select-service hotels, Andrea brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and people-first leadership. At RevSAGE, she partners with owners and operators to translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategies, while fostering the next generation of revenue leaders.
