Who We Are
RevSAGE Hospitality Consulting was founded by Andrea R. Everhart, a strategic advisor, facilitator, and speaker with nearly 20 years of experience across hospitality, aviation, and public service.
Her career includes leadership roles with Marriott International, Delta Air Lines, IHG, and Starwood, where she has led enterprise initiatives, supported organizational transformation, and identified more than $500 million in revenue opportunities.
Andrea’s practical approach combines analytical rigor, engaging facilitation, and a deep understanding of how people influence performance.
